Digital purchases
Digital guides are PDF files, emailed to the address you give at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies. Each purchase is licensed to you personally — please do not share or redistribute the file.
Printed copies
Printed copies are shipped to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are shown at checkout.
Refunds
A digital file cannot be returned once delivered, so please read the product description before buying. If a purchase was made in error, a printed copy arrives damaged, or a guide is not what the page described, write to us promptly through the Contact page and we will put it right.

Our guides are written with care, but they are general information, not legal advice, and Ontario’s rules change. For a decision that matters, confirm the current rule or take professional advice.
The site itself
We keep the site running as best we can, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
Which law applies
